Pineapple Cake with Cheese Cake

Ingredients:

1 super moist yellow cake mix
1 tablespoon pineapple juice
1 egg
milk
butter, melted

No Bake Cheese Cake Filling:

3 (8oz each) packages cream cheese (room temperature)
2/3 cups plus 6 tablespoons sugar
1 1/2 cups whipping cream
3 tablespoons pure vanilla extract
In the electric mixer on high speed whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form and set aside. Then in another bowl, on medium speed, mix the cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until light and creamy. Fold in the whipped cream.

Steps

Begin by following the directions on the cake mix that you’re using for this, however, instead of oil, use butter that’s melted in its place.

Make sure that you also replace water with whole milk, and also add in a larger egg as well than what they ask for, along with a tablespoon of some pineapple juice. Once you’ve changed all of that, you can then mix all of this together until you’ve got a batter that fits the protocol, but with those changes.

Get two six-inch cake pans and from there place the batter in this.

From there, bake it based on the box instructions, or you can do the toothpick test to make sure that it’s cooked through placing it in there and seeing if the center comes out clean

Once they’re finished with the cooking process, put this on the side, and let them fully cool to a nice, cool temperature.

Now, it’s time for you to make the topping of this. Once they’re cooled, slice the cake into a half along the length, straight through the middle with a serrated knife. Set the four layers of your cake to the side.

From here, it’s time to make the cake, by first putting the bottom part of this onto a plate, sitting flat and even.

From here, take the filling that you made, and spread a bit of this along the bottom.

Add the second layer of cake, to the point where it’s flat too.

Take the second layer of the cheesecake filling, and then spread it there.

From here, add a third cheesecake layer to all of this, until it’s fully and evenly flat along the top layer.

Grab a spatula, and then spread the rest of the filling along the sides of this.

From here, take a pineapple ring and then place it over the cake, pressing this into the filling.

Use a food processor for the final layer of the cake, crumbling all of this. From here, you want to take the cake crumbs and then put this along the side parts of the cake. Then, you just top it with a cheery, and from there, you’re done, an amazing pineapple cheesecake you can’t get enough of, and one that you’ll be able to enjoy.
